Yoga Teacher Training overview
Yoga Oasis has trained thousands of students in all aspects of yoga. From teaching chair yoga to your grandma, to running a fun & successful Hot Yoga studio, Yoga Oasis can assist you along your journey into greater understanding about yourself, as well as others.

We offer 100, 200, 300, & 500 hour Trainings.
​
The 200 hour program is 90 days- unlimited yoga membership is included.
In the 200 hour program you will need to complete
-50 classes in 90 days.
-10 workshops
-10 observing hours
-10 internship hours
-5 hours teaching a free yoga class to the public at Oasis or location of your choice
-Homework & reading assignments
-Memorization of Sun Salutation A & B
-Memorization of the Hot Yoga Level 1 class dialogue

You will leave this program ready to teach a great Hot Yoga class.
