Green Lemonade A great start to your day! Proper skin care starts in the kitchen. This green juice nourishes your cells from the inside out, tastes great and gives you a natural buzz unlike coffee. It is also a potent blood cleanser. I love to drink this before my kundalini or bikram yoga practice. All ingredients should be organic. This beverage will make you glow! Green Lemonade (Serves 2) 1 bunch of celery, cut into 2 pieces each 3 granny smith apples, cut into 6 pieces each 1 lemon, preferably Meyer cut into 4 pieces 1 thumb sized piece of ginger 2 cups of baby spinach, packed 1 8" piece of burdock root, scrubbed Pass the above ingredients through a juicer and drink as soon as possible. I use the Tribest Green Star Elite juicer.
