TT Schedules

We offer two different types of teacher trainings.
Month long full day programs &  6 weeks of weekend workshops.

All of our trainings incorporate our 200 page self published Hot Yoga Teacher Training manual with reading materials & assignments. We are confident that the most unique part of our training is the in depth study of Yoga Philosophy, psychology & anatomy in simple terms. The manual was written by Mary Grace & is an integral part of the training.

Some students may start a training & finish it later in the year, with pre approval for special situations.
Future trainings follow these sample schedules below. If these are not for the dates you are interested in,
your training will be similar, as these are the model schedules for our trainings.

Hello I am interested in learning more about yoga. I have been practicing Hot Vinyasa sincce last March and I absolutely love it. I am interested in the weekend teacher training program. Does this program certify you to become a teacher? What is the fee?

    Thank you

    Hello, how are you?

Could you kindly give the the exact dates for the April through June 2012 weekend training program in NY? Also, I realize that some programs include Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Is it correct that your program includes only Saturdays and Sundays? Thanks so much in advance and I’m looking forward to hearing from you and learning more about your program!

    Sincerely,
