Here are a few for today.
Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant; they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time. Exercise caution in your business affairs; for the world is full of trickery. Bet let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals; and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself. Especially, do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is perennial as the grass. Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be and whatever your labours and assimilations, in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul. With all it’s sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy.
Thank you mother nature, thank you father sky.

Hey its great to be alive, with the sky over my head,
we dont need to fill our minds with so much jive, just

5. YOGA CHITTA VRITTI NIRODAHA – Patanjali yoga sutra
Yoga is the stopping of the turning of the wheels of
You might not control that first thought, but what it
turns into is your choice. Celebrate your power to
change the course of your own sails of thinking, and
point your life into a new direction. MG
6. The steady one who sees the same everywhere, sees
no difference between happiness & misery,, man &
woman, prosperity & adversity.
-Ashtavakara Samhita XV11-15
This state of Yoga we are all seeking, not effected by
the highs and lows, easy & hard, hot & cold. Rick or
poor. This state of eternal peace is this state of
pure bliss. This bliss is easily confused with
happiness, but to be fully happy is to make an
agreement to be able to fully go to the other side of
full unhappiness, for when we have this state of
happiness we suffer for fear of losing it.
Dont chase the highs, embrace the peace that you
already are when you shed away the outer layers of
your conditioned existence. MG
7.Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our
deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens
us. We ask ourselves: “Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?” Actually, who are
you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing
small does not serve the world. There’s nothing
enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t
feel insecure around you. We were born to make
manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not
just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let
our own light shine, we unconsciously give other
people permission to do the same. As we are liberated
from our own fear, our presence automatically

African Presidential Inaugural Acceptance Speech

The asana should be steady and joyful.
Focus, but not too much focus, joyful, but not too
Like the strings of a veena (musical instrument)
If they are too tight, they will break, if too loose,
the music will not play, but somewhere in the middle,
in that insecure place of not here nor there, that, my
friend, is the state of yoga. MG
10.Dont worry, about a thing.
because every little thing is gonna be alright.
Woke up this morning, smiled at the rising sun, three
little birdies, wre upon my doorstep, singing sweet
songs, a melody pure & true, singing, this is my
message to you, you, you.
Dont worry, about a thing, everylittle thing is going
to be alright.
11.Rather than figuring out what is wrong with you
Start to live from what is right within you.
We have discovered out so many wrongs, but now is the
time to rise up, to wise up and to realize our gifts
and discover , uncover and recover all those things
that may appear negitive can become our greatest gifts
for the transformative process. Rise up, wise up, from
your thighs up and see all that you were made to be,
and become truly free, right now. -MG
12. Just say know to dough,
White flouer and water is glue. Glue does not belong
inside of you.
It coats your insides through and through and your
body slows down like ingesting cement. It is time to
really know what is inside of you.
See things as they really are, eat for your cells and
not for your mind. Food is not entertainment, what you
eat is what every cell in your body is made of,. Your
blood, your bones, your brain, your toughts, are all
made from what you eat.
Time fro a real treat, YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!

Om shanti, om shanti, om shanti

May both of us together be nourished
May we walk together with great energy
May our study together be brilliant & effective
May we not hate or dispute with each other
